Final Report Train Derailment near Lubbock TX Slaton Subdivision

On Monday, July 31st, 2023 at 11:10 a.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Lubbock, TX which has affected the main track. The derailment occurred at approximately 50 miles west of Lubbock, TX.  BNSF field personnel responded and assessed the derailment site. The main track was returned to service on Tuesday, August 1st at 14:15 p.m. CDT
