Initial Report: Train Derailment near Lubbock, TX (Slaton Subdivision) | Customer Notification | BNSF|

On Monday, July 31st, 2023 at 11:10 a.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Lubbock, TX which has affected the main track. The derailment occurred at approximately 50 miles west of Lubbock, TX.  BNSF field personnel are responding to assess the derailment site. The estimated time for opening the main track is Tuesday, August 1st at 16:30 p.m. CDT
