Phoenix-Glendale Intermodal Facility Construction Update

Beginning today, Tuesday, June 30, through Monday, August 24, BNSF will be re-paving our Phoenix (Glendale) Intermodal Facility in multiple phases. Gates will remain open as normal and no changes will be made to the Transportation Service Plan (TSP). Temporary operational impacts for drivers to be aware of while in the facility include reduced parking stalls as well as lane closures with shifts in normal traffic patterns. In the final week of the project (August 16 – 23), gate access will be restricted to one lane each way for both ingate and outgate. Our teams will assess the construction plan daily to ensure driver experience is prioritized.
